Making space and increasing visibility for ourselves as Indigenous peoples means sharing our perspective. Changing this narrative to a more "universal" or non-native perspective defeats the purpose. Wear with pride. Wear as an ally. Wear to start conversations.

Where does my money go when I buy Urban Native Era products?

With each purchase, you are investing in Indigenous entrepreneurship and allowing us to give products free of charge, donate to fellow Indigenous organizations/causes, and fund our work that builds our collective community.

Do you donate profits to Native communities/Indigenous people?

Urban Native Era is owned and operated by Indigenous people. Profits go to highly motivated and aspirational Indigenous individuals pursuing their dreams. We also love taking on projects that donate 100% of profits. Read about our Indigenous grad shirts in Vogue.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel. Qualifying products may be returned for store credit.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Your item(s) will be shipped in 1-3 business days from the time you purchase. Depending on where you live, items can take up to 5 business days with the current situation with the United States Postal Service.

International shipments can take between 2-4 weeks longer depending on the destination.

My package is taking a long time. What do I do?

First, double-check the address you provided.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 days of purchase, please email hello@urbannativeera.com.

Once your items have left our warehouse, we have no control over their journey to you.

What is the shipping policy?

Please review the delivery address carefully as we are unable to edit after purchase. Thank you!

A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order ships. Typically domestic orders are shipped in 7 - 10 business days. Please note, many carriers have been experiencing delays. 

International Orders - International orders ship in 16 - 25 business days. Great news - at checkout duties and taxes can be paid for upfront.

Lost in Transit -  If there are no updates on your tracking number for a minimum of 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please email hello@urbannativeera.com with your order number on the subject line. Depending on product availability, we may be able to replace your package. 

Holidays - When a federal holiday falls on a non-workday - Saturday or Sunday - shipping carriers may observe the holiday on Monday or Friday. Holidays may include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Native American Heritage Day (Nov 23rd & 24th), and Christmas. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is the return policy?

We only do returns and have a limited return policy, which means we only give store credit in the form of a gift card.

To start a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. This ensures it will be restocked at the warehouse.

Customers pay for return shipping and a $3 processing fee, unless stated otherwise. The return shipping label will be emailed to you and the cost of shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount.

Do you accept exchanges?

In efforts to support thoughtful purchases, we do not accept exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect. In that case please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach a photo of the received product to the initial email. 

Many product descriptions include measurements in the drop down tab to ensure accurate size selection before purchase. Our goal is to bring intentionality to online consumerism. If the desired product does not have a size chart, please reach out to support.
