Refund policy

We have a limited return policy, which means we only give store credit in the form of a gift card.

To start a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in original packaging within 10 days of delivery. This ensures it will be restocked at the warehouse. 

Customers pay for return shipping, unless stated otherwise or under extreme conditions. The return shipping label will be emailed to you and the cost of shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount. 

You can always contact us for any return question via online chat or hello@urbannativeera.com. Currently our customer service reps do not work weekends. Please remember kindness as these are live human beings behind the screen, trying to help. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach a photo of the received product to the initial email. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like limited items (such one time collections) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returned accessories (such as stickers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

In efforts to support thoughtful purchases, we do not accept exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.  Many product descriptions include measurements in the drop down tab to ensure accurate size selection before purchase. Our goal is to bring intentionality to online consumerism. If the desired product does not have a size chart, please reach out to support. 

Please note, the original tags must be attached and recycled poly-packaging in good condition to be accepted.


Refunds

If the return has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. The package must be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Our fulfillment center may take 5 - 7 business days to process the return, after which a digital gift card will be issued.
